Mission Statement
1. We provide food and shelter to adults whenever possible. We work with other emergency providers such as; Citrus County Sheriffs office, C,4S,4, The Salvation 4rmy, and many Local Churches. We do this within the context of Matthew 25:31-46.
2. We
insist that all clients "work". The type and the amount of
"work" depends on each individuals abilities. We also
provide some
job
placement assistance, counseling, and encouragement. Clients who have
difficulty finding work, volunteer a minimum of 30 hours a week-, at
the Sanctuary or other non-profit organizations, such a Salvation
Army, or Sheriffs Youth Ranch. We do this within the context of Thessalonians 3:7-13.
3. The directors at the Sanctuary are dedicated to the rebuilding of lives. We believe that these new lives must be built on a solid foundation. We encourage foundation building by making available, daily Bible studies, prayer meetings, 12 step support groups, pastoral counseling, and professional counseling
